How the website works
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Pages have no enquiry forms, document uploads, payments, advertising pixels, analytics tracking services or embedded social widgets. Images and styling are served with the site; no external fonts are loaded.
Cloudflare technical data
To deliver pages and protect the service, Cloudflare processes technical request data. This may include IP address, browser details, time and requested URL. Cloudflare acts on the customer’s behalf for some data and under its own terms for its own purposes. Log content and retention depend on the service, settings and applicable terms; no specific retention period is asserted for this configuration without confirmation.
Your enquiry to KBC
A contact link opens a separate service — WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or an email application — governed by its own rules. The website does not send messages automatically. Contact details and task descriptions you provide are used to respond, assess service feasibility and agree the work. Minimal information is sufficient for an initial enquiry; documents are not required.
Documents, retention and access
Do not send passports, scans, payment details or medical records in your first message. If a service requires documents, the purpose, necessary scope, lawful basis, secure channel, access and storage arrangements are agreed before transfer. Correspondence is processed for as long as necessary to answer and perform agreed work; contract records are subject to mandatory retention requirements. A single numerical period has not been set for all enquiries: applicable criteria can be clarified on request.
Recipients and international transfers
Cloudflare delivers the website. Enquiries travel through your chosen email and communication services, which may process data outside Kyrgyzstan. Involving other providers and sharing information necessary for a service are agreed separately on a lawful basis. Processor and international transfer obligations also apply to technical visit data; the absence of forms does not remove them.
Questions and rights
For processing questions, access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of previously given consent, write to [email protected]. Requests are considered under applicable law, verification of the applicant’s authority and mandatory retention obligations. Do not send a passport for identity checks without prior agreement.
