The website presents KBC’s areas of work and contact channels. Its content is general information and does not replace individual legal, tax, migration or banking advice.
Agreeing a service
Viewing a page or following a link does not conclude a service contract. Feasibility, scope, provider, price, timing and working arrangements are agreed individually before work begins.
Authority and decisions
KBC is not a government authority, bank, notary or consulate. Decisions on status, visas, accounts and documents are made by the relevant organisations. Notarial and other regulated acts are performed by authorised persons.

Third-party websites have their own terms. KBC ROVUNELIUS bookings, payments and cancellations are handled by providers. LOGIKA and KBC IT Team are presented as paused projects without booking or payment facilities.
Updates and limitations
Authority and bank requirements may change. Check them for each enquiry. KBC does not promise guaranteed outcomes or fixed government processing times. Services without lawful grounds are not provided. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights or liability imposed by law.
