KBC · FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do you guarantee the outcome?+
Residence, visa, banking and document decisions are made by the relevant authorities and organisations. KBC agrees specific advisory and organisational tasks with you.
How much does support cost?+
The price is agreed after the task and scope are clarified. Government fees and bank, translator and notary charges are considered separately.
Should I send my passport straight away?+
No. For an initial enquiry, name your task and country. Do not send passports, scans, banking details or medical records. A secure process for any further exchange will be agreed separately.
Can everything be done remotely?+
This depends on the service, the authority’s requirements and the applicant’s powers. Advisory support cannot replace mandatory personal attendance.
