What we can discuss

Information on products for foreign nationals and multi-currency options.
Organisational assistance with document preparation.
Explaining the process of dealing with a bank.
Terms and scope of support
KBC is not a bank and claims no partnership with MBANK or Visa. Banks decide on opening and servicing after their own checks. Currencies, fees, card validity, SWIFT availability and nonresident conditions must be checked with the bank for the selected product. Advertising does not replace current tariffs.
What to include in your first enquiry
The service, citizenship where relevant, destination country and a brief description of your task. Do not send documents until a secure exchange process is agreed.

KBC · FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do you guarantee the outcome?+
Residence, visa, banking and document decisions are made by the relevant authorities and organisations. KBC agrees specific advisory and organisational tasks with you.
How much does support cost?+
The price is agreed after the task and scope are clarified. Government fees and bank, translator and notary charges are considered separately.
Should I send my passport straight away?+
No. For an initial enquiry, name your task and country. Do not send passports, scans, banking details or medical records. A secure process for any further exchange will be agreed separately.
Can everything be done remotely?+
This depends on the service, the authority’s requirements and the applicant’s powers. Advisory support cannot replace mandatory personal attendance.
